My fault, though. I guess I wasn't quite ready for a day with -no- nesting. Baked yesterday morning (2 batches of cookies and a pan of brownies), ran a load of laundry, IM'd while stuff was in the oven, then went to SEMGS. Never did manage to curl up in my nest, and I was stiff and sore this morning. However, *only* stiff and sore is pretty good. I was careful to sit 'correctly' all day yesterday, and that probably helped.

I did get into the gym twice last week. Between the kids being sick and then handing it off to me, I'd not been in more than once a week for a about six weeks. I haven't even made it into the library for three weeks! Scheduled partial weeks of school, DB was home sick for a few days, then I was sick and didn't want to give it to the kids -- they're probably buried, although it's been better this year than last.

I really need to get back into the cardio, in addition to the pool work. I think I'll stay off the weight floor for another month or two, since I'm still not very good at not pushing too hard. (There's a very fine line between 'good workout' and 'too far' -- often in the middle of a rep, never mind a set. And then I back up a week or so.)

Back to the nest, now that I've cleared out the cat yakk. (see, there's a reason why I had that sloppy pile of paper along that side -- the cat yakked on the paper, not the futon itself. :) )
