journal. because. Too far out of town to be 'in town', too developed to be 'rural'. so, semi-rural/exurban it is. (House is in a 45 year old farmer-developed subdivision - locals remember cutting hay/harvesting corn in the field. He got tired of farming, so put a road down the middle and subdivided the land into 1-acre building plots.)
