I guess christmas is over...

the naked tree is looming in the corner. A naked christmas tree is a forlorn looking thing, really it is. It doesn't help that the living room (where the tree goes) is on the north side of the house, and gets reflected light in the winter, so it's always colder (both visually and actually) than the den & kitchen which get direct sunlight.

yeah.The house looks a bit forlorn. We've pulled down the Christmas village and got the early Christmas stuff back in the boxes... We got a LOT of new village bits from my parents. They had a lot of Department 56 stuff that we brought back from FL. About the only thing left is the tree, and associated bits and lights, etc. on the tree. The tree is in really good shape still, so I have no problem with leaving it up till the weekend.
