jennlkbut when Damar Hamlin walked on to the field while SB57 was honoring the first responders who saved his life? And then the NFL went to the Walter Payton Awards? I saw grown men trying not to cry on international TV.
And then followed probably the best Super Bowl* game I’ve seen. I generally mute the commercials, but the visuals were pretty good. :) (I did unmute the Crown Royal “thank you Canada” ad, though.)
(* certainly not a Stupor Bowl, and not even a Superb Owl. By any standards, that was a very good game. which is often *not* the case….)
