madtechie2718 brought some toys across the pond. SR absolutely squealed about the Tardis USB hub. So there's another 'gloo blow-y thing' in the computer room (that's a leftover from one day when I was loopy on pain meds.....) DB has already tried to run off with my pink glowstick.

Concert tomorrow evening, one Thursday evening, both in Farmington. Rehearsal Friday with the CHS volunteer band for the 4th of July lake party -- whether I'm playing tenor or bari is currently unknown, and someone else may play the horn that I'm not. I've been asked to play with the Ann Arbor Civic Band on Wednesday nights starting later in June, and that's another one where I'm not sure which horn I'll be playing (and I'll have to let them know that I won't be available on the 4th, since I'm playing at the lake). whee. uncertainty is fun!

I twisted the wrong way when I was moving stuff in the basement yesterday, and I've been dealing with mild back spasms all day. Yay rah. But it's just muscle strain, and I should be reasonably OK by tomorrow evening (I hope so -- Esme (the bari) doesn't walk ;) ).

johnridley scared the faucet into behaving properly. It works fine now. I guess it likes him better. I know the dog does.
