notes for the day.
Feb. 16th, 2013 05:51 pm- for future reference, when doing YO buttonholes in K1P1 rib, do them "YO K2Tog", not "K2Tog YO". Otherwise you have to fix them on the next row. mutter.
- the dog is only marginally less annoying when J is home. She sleeps at the top of the stairs rather than in the bedroom. But she still wakes up every 3-4 hours and wants to go through the door every 5 minutes for 45 minutes or so. Let's just say that I don't get much done during that time. And with the dog sleeping at the top of the stairs I don't see Annabelle at all -- she's staying well away from The Monster, even if it means going hungry. She'll be up later for food.
- the black hole on my bed occasionally squeaks for attention. and then spins in the opposite direction after skritches.
- the pond needs watering. Again. I don't think I'll be able to wait until Monday (when it's supposed to be warm) to do it. (I don't think there's a leak, I think there's a lot of evaporation in the winter. I hope, because otherwise there is a leak, and that will be no fun...)
