8" of snow on the ground, and it shows no sign of stopping. I got as far as Dexter before deciding that I was going to observe Rule Number One of driving in the snow. Don't, unless you really have to. While I'd really like to watch SR in her last show with the Marching Chippewas, it was evident that I was probably going to miss pregame (despite leaving 2.5 hours before kickoff), it was going to be a really nasty slog (35-40 mph on the freeways) to get there at all, and I would still have to get home after. Sorry kiddo. not gonna happen.

certainly less frazzled. It was an indoor game (Ford Field, where the Lions play), so unlikely to get too cold, other than walking to/from the stadium.
