Tried sewing the bags together today. Didn't work so well. I kept making silly mistakes. I sewed the wrong panels together; discovered that I'd cut the pocket lining a different size than the pocket; had to cut the bag lining again; *and* discovered that I don't have any webbing to use as handles, so I needed to cut strips for the handles, which I promptly cut off too short.

So I went digging about in the storage room and found a tote that will work for tonight (the one I used last season has gone walkabout -- I've not seen it since June). Assuming that Esme is done -- the shop's not called yet, and it's 2 pm.
