12 days after the epidural, and not much difference. I don't think I'll be doing any more of those. A roll-back of about four weeks is *not* worth the three days of misery and another three days of discomfort. It was a week before I was back to where I was the day before the injection, in terms of what I could do; and while I've pretty much got most of my energy back, there's been no real improvement in the nerve constriction/impingement. If anything, the scope of the symptoms has increased while the severity has decreased only slightly.

Followup with the doc in 2 weeks, and then I get to find out what the next step will be. sigh. I am so not looking forward to that.
