Ramblings of a rural(ish) geek

I once got into a discussion at a small diner where none of the people in the restaurant (cook, cashier, dishwasher, probably less than five customers) would really mind if they never heard any more Seger. (This was occasioned by the radio station they had on playing a Seger track, and the cashier asking if anyone minded if he changed the station.)
