more same ol' same ol'

but the weather is just odd. It's a lovely spring day -- crocuses and snowdrops in the side garden, birds bathing in the pond, sandhill cranes yammering, red-winged blackbirds in the trees. The heat hasn't run since the morning warm up.

J and I went to Cap last weekend. GT got a lovely suite with two balconies. JS and I were sitting outside knitting, and we moved into the shade as it was too warm in the sun. I wore sandals all weekend. I worry about the garden and the A/C bill this summer.
