I've often wondered how my brother-in-law makes it through December between the concerts for the Albuquerque Boy Choir - for which he is the musical director - and the Public Academy for (of?) Performing Arts - for which is is the music department head and director of choirs. Both the Boy Choir and PAPA have multiple performances throughout the month.
And, just for fun (or funds), the Boy Choir has taking to running a Christmas Tree Lot.
Yet none of this can be that much worse than Christmas 18 years ago when he was the choir director at a Lutheran church and had several services on Christmas Eve, one on Christmas day, and my sister was induced that day - and ended up having a c-section.
