It was three weeks before the car even got to the estimating process, and I don't consider 6 weeks for a complete front-end rebuild (with bonus rear bumper work) extraordinary. Annoying, otoh....

More communication would have been nice, but they always answered the phone and had the information I asked for (even if it wasn't what I wanted to hear). And they are extraordinarily busy -- their lot and shop are full of cars in various stages of disrepair -- the Camry sat at the dealer for nearly two weeks before they had room for it at the shop.
