AC is my Aunt Connie -- she's my mother's older sister. She was 94 when she died, and was reasonably healthy until about 6 months ago; and was mentally sharp until a few weeks ago. She lived alone in her house in FL, with people physically checking on her every couple of days and other people she talked to every day. She hadn't driven in 20 years (a badly broken ankle meant she couldn't drive for a few months, and sometime in there she clonked her head hard enough that post concussion syndrome made it so that she didn't *want* to drive).
