There were tears all over the ballpark. (his kids and his mom, especially.)<br /><br />Manager AJ Hinch put Miggy in the field one last time, at first base, in the 8th inning after his last at bat in the bottom of the seventh inning.<br /> <br />Steven Kwan hit a grounder four steps to the left of first base. Not a hard play, even for a man with bad knees -- which is why Miggy didn't play in the field this year. Until today. (Kwan is a good enough hitter that he could have done that on purpose.)<br /><br />The radio color guy for the Tigers said 'forget what I said earlier (when Cabrera walked in his last at bat). you can script baseball.'
