Not that I'm an expert at this by any means, but when they're still feeling slightly numb even when there's plenty of blood flow, one is inclined to go with impingement, and as the nerve going down the bottom of that foot is already compromised, I don't think it's that much of a stretch to assume that this is more of the same. Besides, it feels different from the fingers that I *know* are damaged by frostbite.
